 Roasted  Green  Peppers  in  Harissa  &  Preserved  Lemon  Dressing
 
  
Ingredients
    * 8 green peppers, roasted, skinned and seeded
    * 2 preserved lemons, pulp taken out, skin finely diced
    * ½ tsp finely chopped garlic
    * 4-5 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
    * 3 tsp ground cumin
    * 4 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
    * 1-2 tbsp of white wine vinegar
    * ½ tsp Nomades Harissa Traditionelle chilli paste
    * Salt & ground black pepper to taste


  
Preparation
    *  Mix all the ingredients apart from the peppers in a large bowl. Add the peppers, taste and adjust the seasoning.
