
1. Prepare the Moroccan dressing by mixing the Harissa, Meslala and lemon juice in a small bowl with a spoon.

Then add the olive oil and mix together.

2. Cut the Haloumi into medium slices and dry fry in a non stick frying pan until golden on both sides.

3. Place on a warm serving plate and drizzle over the dressing.

4. Serve hot and eat immediately.
