 GRILLED HALOUMI WITH HARISSA AND MESSLALA DRESSING
 
 
  
Ingredients
    * 1 pack of Haloumi
    * 1 tsp Nomades Harissa
    * 1 tbsp Nomades Messlala, finely chopped
    * Juice of half a lemon
    * 2 tbsp olive oil


  
How to cook
1.  Prepare the Moroccan dressing by mixing the Harissa, Meslala and lemon juice in a small bowl with a spoon.
Then add the olive oil and mix together.
2.  Cut the Haloumi into medium slices and dry fry in a non stick frying pan until golden on both sides.
3.  Place on a warm serving plate and drizzle over the dressing.
4.  Serve hot and eat immediately.
