 MECHOUIA AND FETA CHEESE PARCELS
 
 
  
Ingredients
    * 1 jar Nomades Mechouia
    * 150g cubed Feta cheese
    * 1 pack of puff or filo pastry

How to cook
1.  Set the oven to heat at 200ºC.
2  Whilst the oven is heating up, place the feta cheese in a bowl of cold water.  This will help reduce the salt content of the cheese.
3.  Drain the peppers and reserve the marinade oil.
4.  4. Roll out the pastry and divide into four.
5.  Fill the middle of each pastry square with a quarter of the peppers and top with a quarter of the feta cheese.
6.  Fold up the pastry corners to form a sealed parcel and brush with a little of the reserved oil.
7.  Place on a lightly oiled baking sheet and cook in the pre-heated oven for approximately 20 minutes until golden.
Serve immediately.

Serves 4 as a starter.
